Decommissioning DS1 and DS3 in a Granite data base.  Issuing ASR’s to LEC and CLEC’s.  Maintained and updated a daily spreadsheet.

Project managed DS1 and circuits such as: OC3 and OC48 until order fulfillment.  Read circuit designs, network Routing, and Sonet

Key responsibilities

 

Ø       Analyzing the order request received from the client basing on the parameters such as the request type, corresponding bandwidth framing and signaling, info required for expedites etc.

Ø       Pre order validation includes the validation of CFA (Customer Facility Assignment) and Customer Address using our Validation tool in WEB VFO (virtual front office), which is interconnected to LEC’s (Local Exchange Carriers) system through our Exchange Path.

Ø       Attending to the clarifications (if any) posted by the LEC. In this course, we call LEC and resolve the clarifications or sup the order to make necessary changes.

Ø       Follow up and escalate to get the FOC (Firm Order Commitment) from the LEC and ensure the circuit delivered to the customer within the “desired due date.”
